Tried to reschedule an appointment as a new patient, I needed to know if they have any appointments after 5pm or weekends, the receptionist named GG (not sure she provided the right name) was extremely unprofessional, was rushing, didn't want to talk. Do not go to Dental World. Dr. Napoli saw my son for 2 minutes, after asking him to open his mouth, she looked in without proper instruments, didn't probe, didn't ask any questions, just told him he needed crowns in 6 teeth. We didn't understand why and when I tried to talk to her she rushed out and avoided me. We left and I took him to another dentist. After x-rays and a proper check up he was told he had 2 cavities.
