One of the most unprofessional dentists around. Full om temper tantrum about another dentist in the practice ( Dr.Pierce). Just verbally abusing staff for this Drs actions- mind you that Dentist was not present in office that day. All while my daughter sat in her dental chair waiting for Dr. Napoli to fill a cavity. Tried to reschedule an appointment as a new patient, I needed to know if they have any appointments after 5pm or weekends, the receptionist named GG (not sure she provided the right name) was extremely unprofessional, was rushing, didn't want to talk. I asked for a doctor's name as well but she did not provide any further information and when I asked to know the next available appointment she put me on hold and hund up. Do not go to Dental World. Dr. Napoli saw my son for 2 minutes, after asking him to open his mouth, she looked in without proper instruments, didn't probe, didn't ask any questions, just told him he needed crowns in 6 teeth. We didn't understand why and when I tried to talk to her she rushed out and avoided me. We left and I took him to another dentist. After x-rays and a proper check up he was told he had 2 cavities.
