As others have stated, you can't get anyone to answer the phone at this place. You will never hear a real human. You will be put on hold and eventually hung up on. Worst front desk of any company I've ever dealt with. Extremely concerning with it being a medical facility. Avoid like the plague!
Self-pay patients should know before booking: North Dallas ENT charges an additional $50 fee if you don't have insurance. When I called the office on 9/16/2026 staff confirmed the fee exists to prevent missed appointments, but also confirmed it is not refunded or credited toward your visit even when you attend. A no-show deterrent you pay either way isn't a deterrent; it's a higher price for the same appointment, charged only to patients without insurance, often the people least able to absorb extra costs. I was a current patient of Dr. Wylls. I have left several messages over a 3 week period for the Dallas or Plano office to call me back but have not received one call or voice mail in return. I've even left a message or 2 with her assistant. I'm not sure what's going on with this office but it sure isn't Customer Service!!!
Been trying since a week to reschedule an appointment and my call keeps going to the voicemail of “Rebecca in Scheduling”. No call back either. I guess I’ll just ghost them on the day of my appointment with Dr Wyll.
I have been trying for more than a week to schedule an appointment. Nobody picks up the call. It says redirecting to Rebecca in scheduling and then goes straight to voicemail. And, nobody responds to voicemail either. There is really something wrong.
