What was suppose to be just having toe nails trimmed, resulted in the toe nails being debrided. Shortly after the procedure, severe pain and redness occurred which turned into an infection. Concerns were immediately addressed with the front office and Dr Marquez but they did not seem to think it was urgent enough and was not being handled in a timely manner. Therefore, we were forced to seek help elsewhere to treat the infection before it got worse. If I could rate Dr Allison Marquez on a scale of 1-5, it would be a “0.”
