Had 3 appointments with Dr. Remesz, she canceled 2 of the 3 appointments the day before. I had to wait a month to get the appointment. Had to wait another month for a rescheduled appointment. Once they had me to go to the Nurse Practitioner who could not refill the prescriptions needed. So it was just a waste of money. I would not recommend her.
Horrible!!!!! Patients be aware. My husband needed medicine and their staff is incompetent, rude and ineffectient!!! They don't answer their phones or return calls. I feel sorry for those who are in serious need of care. WoW
While my experience with Dr. Remesz was great, their telephone and messaging system (and sometimes their front desk staff) are inadequate. I just tried to schedule an apt with Dr. R and was routed to her assistant -- after hearing a garbled message, I was routed to the front desk, and then the phone disconnected after two rings. This happened twice just now, and I have had similar experiences before.
