No wonder why their practice has closed. The worst doctor. She performed an unnecessary c section on me. I had perfect natural birth until Dr Urittia walking in with her fear tactics and zero bed side manner and said we have to go into emergency c section. Everyone was in shock: nurses who were actually pushing with me, my husband and my doula. She could not even say what station baby is at, saying maybe 0 or +1. Dr Urrutia is a great doctor and surgeon. I went to this office for 2 pregnancy and always had on time appointments.
I had a truly horrible experience with Dr. Urrutia. She was my OB during my second pregnancy. While I was pregnant, she prescribed me a new medication that she assured me had no harmful side effects and was perfectly safe. After I delivered, we discovered that I was unable to breastfeed due to the medication. My milk never came in, even after dry pumping every 2 hours for 3 weeks. I was seeing this dr for my pregnancy. I had an ectopic two years ago and my tubes are tied. Now with this second pregnancy after my tubal I started bleeding. Dr urutia said the blood was old and if my hcg levels didn’t rise she was going to treat it as an ectopic due to my history, although I was not experiencing the symptoms of an ectopic.
