I would definitely recommend him. He was very caring and took his time explaining things.
The dr has been great with me he listens well and makes sure he understand what I said Not sure what wrong with me but Dr Ruben said he will not stop That we will get to the bottom of it
I chose Dr. Rubin based on his medical background and I have not been disappointed in my decision since I went to him four years ago. My case is a bit difficult and Dr. Rubin takes the time to evaluate all options and explains each one to me. This is one of his strengths I appreciate, he ensures I am part of the decision making process. Others managing my health care appreciate his through evaluation and clear reports. I am grateful for his knowledge and skills.
Fantastic care. I trust Dr Rubin completely !! I feel part of the health care team. Personalized care. Took his time to understand my problems and symptoms . Personally called me with test results and made sure I understood the results, treatment and follow up
His staff never returns calls. Called six times to try to get an appointment and never got a call back. Not efficient in makeing or returning calls. Would upset anyone to call six times and leave number and over two weeks still do not have an appointment.
What a refreshing experience. Today was my first Dr. Rubin. He is very knowledgeable and genuinely friendly with excellent bedside manor. He was very patient and attentive. He answered all of my questions throughout my visit and made a special point to ask if I had any other questions prior to the end of my appointment. This is the old school that the new school needs to teach. Thank you Dr. Rubin, you've renewed my faith in medical care.
