I had a 1030AM appointment and got there a few min after 10 AM to complete paperwork. At 1030 I kept waiting, at 11Am I was finally called back to sent to another waiting room, still not in an exam room. Finally at at 1115 I got up and walked out. Never will I set foot in MUC again. They have no respect for the patients. The staff was professional enough but I never saw the Doctor. Got my copay back and left.
Dr Haraway is a miracle worker, my problems have been taken care of. The staff is also very nice. I recommend them to everybody.
