Need to wait for a long time to see the doctor. Doctor and Staff need to learn how to do their job in a timely manner. My appointment was 12:15 while I reached before the appointment time ; now , 1:43 pm still I have nit seen the doctor. Very frustrated , going to late for work. Please value the time.
The Eye doctors here are good, but over schedule like crazy. Why is my 10:15 appointment (the first one you can have) have 3 people already ahead of me? Ridiculous
Very very bad and rude, no respect staffs. They postponed my 3 appointments and took 6 month and still calling to postponed, i cancelled. I dont know why they are doing it, may be due to my insurance. No star
The worst customer service in the world. Two times I called the front desk and they kept me holding for more than 10 minutes each call. I must say they are most idiot sitting at the front desk. I did not get anyone to talk. They received the call and each time said “Hold on a second “. I have to go to the office in person to get my prescription. Horrible experience……
