Very very bad and rude, no respect staffs. They postponed my 3 appointments and took 6 month and still calling to postponed, i cancelled. I dont know why they are doing it, may be due to my insurance. No star
The worst customer service in the world. Two times I called the front desk and they kept me holding for more than 10 minutes each call. I must say they are most idiot sitting at the front desk. I did not get anyone to talk. They received the call and each time said “Hold on a second “. I have to go to the office in person to get my prescription. Horrible experience……
The two ladies that work in the front desk are no nice at all, the doctor is a really good and professional doctor but the two ladies make this place very unprofessional.
