Clean and quiet building. Professional and friendly first impression with the front desk. My wait time was only 10 minutes. The Dr. was the one that called for me and he was professional and a very nice hand shake with introduction. The Dr’s Appearance was top notch! Dressed in a very nice suit and Tie! Clean and spoke well! I was impressed !! My office visit was quick and the Dr. surgerly removed a mucocele cyst. Gentle and efficient and his assistant was personable. very happy!
Dr. Cheng is very caring, thorough and sharp. I would highly recommend him.
Comfort in communication. He seems to really care and goes out of his way to take care of you.
