This dentist is the worst. I set an appointment for my family (my husband, myself and our 2 boys age 8 and 12). They tell me on the phone that there will be a $10 PPE fee for the family due to COVID-19. I asked "why is there a PPE fee? We did not cause COVID-19 and my husband and I both tested negative." Receptionist calmly stated that they were charging EVERYONE this fee to help cover cost. I was irritated but whatever.
