Terrible service. Went in for a routine check up and took over 2 hours.

Great nurses, staff, and Dr Kirkland is the best!!!
He might be a good doctor, but the reception lacks a lot. I tried to make an appointment they told me that the nurse had to evaluate me which is fine however two days later she's never called to evaluate me and I still can't get an appointment and I'm having issues so I'm going to have to pick a different doctor. I just wish they hadn't have wasted 2 days of my life with this. When I call back to try to get things sorted out this morning she told me that's just the way it goes.
