I called to see if this optometrist was excepting new patients and the secretary said yes they are , before proceeding I asked if they deal with keratoconus and she said yes and she took all my info name, address ,health card number etc and then she asks do you have any insurance and I said I am on ODSP she then said oh we don’t except people on ODSP…. I can’t thank Dr. Bernardi and his team enough. I was experiencing severe pain after getting a rust shard in my eye while working on a vehicle. They accommodated me with a same-day appointment and took the time to explain exactly how the extraction would work. Every staff member was kind, reassuring, and highly professional. Exceptional service from start to finish—they have earned a patient for life!
Very rude and ignorant to customers. I had a terrible experience in this office and will never be going back again. I had been going there since I was seventeen for nearly twenty years. Their customer service has gone down hill and they do not appreciate their clients.
After visiting so many doctors and optometrists, I can say he is great! Very knowledgeable and kind. I would highly recommend.
