As someone who has lived with an autoimmune disease for 25 years, I deeply appreciate medical care that is both thorough and efficient. I haven’t seen this well in over 30 years! Another big plus is, I don’t have to wear glasses every day!
While I've not had cataract surgery here I have been to both the Woodstock and Winchester offices numerous times. While Dr. Hynes may be all business she is not at all what I would call rude. Her staff, with one exception, are all friendly and the one I mention I'm sure is just overly busy. I have no reason to leave a bad review at all so as of right now I could easily recommend this office.
I can't say if Dr. Hynes is good or not because I've tried to get an appointment but was told to have my current opthalmologist fax my records first before I can get an appointment. Records have been faxed MANY times but Rebecca (from Dr. Hynes office) said they haven't gotten them! They were also mailed a hard copy but claim not to have gotten them. I HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH A HARD TIME GETTING AN APPOINTMENT!!!! Not a good sign nor very professional. I'm going to find someone else. 🥴
