My experience with Dr. Alla Fine raised serious concerns regarding professionalism, clinical judgment, and ethical standards of care. I have gone to this clinic for roughly the last year. The atmosphere is highly unprofessional, they take cash only and give you back a paper receipt which to me feels suspicious... The quality of care is nonexistent. Dr has traveled for weeks at a time with no notification, I have waited in the waiting room for half an hour for an appointment that lasts ten minutes. I have since switched to a different provider who has tried to contact the clinic for months to obtain my records and not heard back.
Ella Fine could possibly be the worst doctor I have ever seen in my 69 years. She is mean and angry and has zero compassion. I felt ten times worse after I would see her. When I would cry she would yell at me and tell me to stop.She didn’t care. She gave you your prescriptions, very little conversation. Time is money to her. $150. cash each visit.
