Dr.Aliza is a fantastic doctor. I’m very pleased with the results and felt supported throughout the process. Clear explanations, realistic expectations, and very natural look. Dr. Epstein worked absolute magic on my eyelids! She performed upper and lower blepharoplasty to remove excess skin and fat above and below my eyes. She is professional , reassuring and explained everything in detail before and after. I could see positive results within days, even before the swelling/bruising went away. Within 2 weeks, all the bruising was gone and after 3 months, I can barely see any scars without makeup and absolutely none when I do wear makeup!
Front desk employee is rude as ever. I called to make an appointment. I spoke with one person. She asked me questions on the reason for visit and recommendation. I answered her questions. She asked if she can place me on a brief hold. I waited, and the phone automatically took me back through the process of selecting to schedule appointment press 2. I did.
