From making the initial appointment to the post procedure office visits, my expectations were exceeded by Dr. Aliza Epstein and her Ft. I am so happy that I was referred to Dr. Aliza Epstein. I had tearing eye issues for 3 1/2 years and finally an eye infection found me at her office. She diagnosed my condition immediately, clogged tear ducts in both eyes. I had my first surgery in September 2025 and then the second eye surgery in April 2026. Everyone was extremely professional. They run on time and I'm extremely happy with the outcome of my surgery. Couldn't ask for a better experience.
Dr. Epstein performed a Bilateral Lower Lid Blepharoplasty procedure. Prior to meeting with her, I had not been a fan of elective surgery. After our consultation, I decided to move forward with surgery. Dr. Epstein, in no way attempted to talk me into the surgery. It was 100% my decision. Her credentials are impeccable and I could not have chosen a more professional, competent and compassionate surgeon. Dr. Epstein was awesome.
