Went to Big City Optical for an annual eye exam and to renew my contact prescription. Dr. Ou was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. The clinic has very modern equipment and all the tests went quickly. Also, the doctor did extra tests that made me feel reassured. Their explanation or different contact lenses and how to care for them was very insightful as well. Overall, a great experience. I can definitely rely on Alison for all my eye care needs.
