Awful experience with this practice. Very unprofessional staff. Rude, and unprofessional treatment of my self and other patient families. I have experience with other pediatric neurologists in the area for other children and have had much better experiences. My hopes were high based on my child's pediatician's referral, but I would not recommend this practice to anyone. Ever.
It is a shame of how ugly the women’s attitudes at the front desk are. Allison Alford is an awesome doctor but I will not be returning to this practice again. I was very respectful and patient with the women at the front desk in every interaction I have had but received VERY harsh abrasive behavior. I am unsure how there are still patients going here. Dr. Alison is great! However, her front office staff (Amy C) is very RUDE with patients, displays lack of concern and empathy towards others, also not child friendly!!!
