We made an appointment at this practice which was subsequently cancelled. When we called to ask for their reasoning, they implied we never had an appointment and treated us like we were wasting their time. The receptionist/s there needs some work on handling basic customer concerns instead of pretending like we never existed.
Receptionist treats new patient with no respect. Got an appointment booked in, two months later they called and said they got nothing on my history and couldn't book anything for me atm. Wasted 2 months for nothing. Never a sorry or taking any responsibility, instead trying to blame patient and implying that patient made things up. Ridiculous way of treating patients, very disrespectful. Will not recommend this practice.
I found Dr De Souza very professional with an excellent caring and helpful approach..I would recommend her to anyone who could use her help with any women's problems.
I have been attending Dr De Souza for the last 10 years and always found her to be knowledgeable, pleasant, caring and has always remedied my problem. Dr De Souzas staff are all very pleasant, professional and well trained. There is no one else I trust to provide this treatment.
