Dr. Alisa Naiman is a wonderful doctor - she is kind, humble, evidence-based and always puts you at ease. As a healthcare professional myself, I know how much work it takes to keep an office running smoothly. I am always able to get through to the reception easily and her secretaries are very efficient. My family is lucky to have her as our doctor!
Worst customer service experience ever. the girl on the phone had an attitude the whole time. I understand people have bad days but being polite is base of customer service. I will not be contacting this office ever again.
