WORST NIGHTMARE COME TO LIFE! The whole experience was a nightmare. I went in because my insurance was in network and it was close to home. Right away I noticed their staff was rude and didn't care about the customers. Their times of availability were horrible and they will not work with you. Though the hygienist was excellent, I had to have a crown put in, and was given a temporary crown while I waited for the real thing. The temporary crown fell off 2 hours later. Never going there again Worst experience ever, this office just cares about money and how much you will pay. The dentist did not spend time with me, did not explain what's causing my pain, and the front desk are not friendly. Never going back.
Horrible Experience The Doctor was good however she didnt see me long an the rest of the staff made my experience horrible!! I waited a while in the waiting room was brought back to wait longer and the hygenist couldnt keep things in my mouth!! I was also told my insurance would cover everything to then find out they knew insurnce wouldnt cover it so they didnt even send the claim! I will not be going back!!
Love Dr. Nelson I hate the dentist but I love Dr. Nelson and her staff. They are great and they make every experience a good one. They calmed me and get me laughing. I recommend Comfort Dental to ANYONE. Especially the scary-cats like me!
Great Dentist and Staff!! This is the best dentist office I have ever visited!! It is affordable and the entire staff is nice. I had a procedure done in the office and the business name really fits. I left with no pain at all!
great visit i had to have a dentist in my network. i was afraid just to pick someone so i called first. from the time i spoke with the receptionist until the end of my visit i felt right at home. they explained every aspect of my treatment from how she would numb me to how my insurance actually works. dr. nelson was sooooo gentle. i didn't even feel when she gave the shot. e office is very diverse and very accomodating. i am so glad i went there i am sending all of my friends and family, as a matter of fact my children have ... read more
