I had a very disappointing experience at Pearle Vision. The doctor was kind and professional, which is the only positive part of my visit. Unfortunately, the glasses I received caused significant headaches and discomfort, and when I reported the issue, the manager showed little concern or willingness to help resolve it. Customer service after the sale clearly did not matter here. I expected understanding and support, especially when dealing with prescription eyewear that affects daily life. Instead, I felt dismissed
