The front desk ladies are superb and the assistants are kind and patient with nervous children. Very accommodating to our crazy life schedule. Love this place!
I came here after having a disappointing experience at another orthodontic office where every visit felt rushed and impersonal. The difference here was noticeable immediately. The orthodontist actually listened to concerns about my uneven bite instead of brushing them off. Potomac Orthodontics gave us a courtesy appointment when our regular orthodonist was randomly closed and our son's braces bracket fell off his tooth, leaving the wire poking into his cheek. The office staff were all kind and helpful. The office was clean and very friendly for children. The bays were semi-private and they offer sun glasses.
