Great staff and Dr Patel. Got an appointment right away and Dr Patel took care of my issue just like that! I highly recommend anyone looking for a dentist to contact their office.
Was seen for a dental cleaning for the second time today in this office.Neither visit was the dentist available in the office. On this visit the hygienist indicated I had an infection and that a prescription was being called in for me. The prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy despite my giving the address and store locator number to the office, necessitating me to be on hold for 13 minutes to get it transferred to the correct pharmacy. The people at AP Dental are fabulous. They are extremely friendly, courteous, professional and great at what they do. I highly recommend Anna Pukhovitskaya and her team to everyone in Jacksonville Florida area for any dental work. I highly recommend the people in this facility.
