Dr Yung and her staff are wonderful! In the 7 years that I have been a patient, the entire team has showed amazing customer service and commitment to care. I have relatively complicated medical issues. Dr Yung consistently applies a holistic approach to my situation. Very professional physician and nurses, I have been coming to Dr. Yung for years and each time has been great. When I have called the office with questions, I have gotten a call back the same day. The nurses are kind and efficient, which I appreciate. However, the office does get backed up from time to time but that is expected.
Dr. Yung is excellent in what she do. And if it's out of her hands her refer Doctors are all excellent. I Have nothing but great things to say about her.
Dr. Yung is a very good doctor who is on top of things. I feel that she genuinely cares about me and that she takes her time with me. She answers any questions patiently and I feel very comfortable with her. I have been her patient for the past 9 years. She helped me with both of my pregnancies and delivered both of my children (now 4.5 yrs. and 7 months).
The staff are all very polite and professional and are helpful most of the time when I call. Dr. Yung also is a very capable doctor. I had a condition which she quickly was able to remedy and monitor. I also like how you are able to make appointments relatively short notice, however, the waiting times here are substantial. Waiting times are usually an hour total here even for routine check ups or even follow ups where you just talk to Dr. Yung. This is a real pain especially when I have to take time off to come in. Dr. Yung is very knowledgeable and I feel that she cares for my well being. She is very easy to talk to and answers any questions that I may have. Her staff is also very friendly and professional whenever I visit the office.
Dr Yung is very thorough when addressing any concerns. There is no 'I think' or 'maybe' its more lets do tests and make sure its not this which reduces chances of being misdiagnosed. This approach gives me a huge peace of mind that I am in great hands. She has been great with answering all my questions. As for wait time, there have been a few times when I am waiting for an hour or a little over but that is expected given that it is a doctors office and some patients need more attention than anticipated. Dr. Alice Yung is very well knowledge and helpful in explaining procedures and any questions you have she answers them very well. She also respects, decisions you have made for your own body, which is refreshing in a doctor. I actually will be continuing to see her as a patient.
Dr. Yung and her staff are very professional and friendly. Dr. Yung is extremely thorough and detailed with her patients. She explains everything in-depth and makes sure I am comfortable during my exams.
