I respect her expertise, but there is no respect for the patients time. This happens all the time no matter what time you scheduled an appointment. Over booked perhaps, I am not certain, but the wait time is over 3 hrs.
Horrible. Every appointment is late at least 3 hours. Today my wife had an appointment at 1040 AM and wasn't seen until after 300 PM. It was told to us that there was an emergency but her staff never notified us when we could have gotten lunch or changed appointment. This is constant. Find another doctor until she stops overbooking herself. I'm sure there are others that can keep a schedule.

I have had several surgeries based on different eye issues and I’m truly grateful I had Dr Lyon as my surgeon.
