I just finished my eye exam with Dr. Alice Saad-Laba and she has got to be one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. I can’t get over how kind, caring, and thoughtful she is. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, and was extremely patient throughout the entire exam. Every eyewear place in the City helps service people's glasses especially people with eye conditions but this place refused to even adjust simple nose pads for me so I can feel comfortable. Idc where you got your glasses from if someone needs something simple as nose pads being adjusted or to check if screws are tight you should do it just to be kind and human not say no because you didn't BUY your glasses from them so they can take $500 minimum for 1 pair of Glasses.
