Every eyewear place in the City helps service people's glasses especially people with eye conditions but this place refused to even adjust simple nose pads for me so I can feel comfortable. Idc where you got your glasses from if someone needs something simple as nose pads being adjusted or to check if screws are tight you should do it just to be kind and human not say no because you didn't BUY your glasses from them so they can take $500 minimum for 1 pair of Glasses. Dr. Alice and her team are super helpful and friendly. Dr. Alice was very knowledgeable, passionate, and very kind. She truly cares about her patience and takes the time to explain the steps and her findings, which you don’t find that in alot of places. If I could give them a 10 star, because they truly deserve it, for the amazing experience we had with Dr. Alice and her team.
