I went to see Dr Chang for my debilitating ADHD. Thousands of dollars later, my medication was working - it was such a relief. Now, she has withdrawn the treatment with no explanation. The insomnia, task forgetfulness, uncontrollable distraction (including whilst driving - an expensive and serious safety issue), agitation, shorter temper, they all have returned. I can never trust her again and wish I could get all that money back.

I have made two official complaints to the Office of the Health Ombudsman regarding Dr. Chang’s office in the past 6 months - both were accepted for further investigation by the OHO into her office and practice. The issues I had involved misleading communication where I was clearly informed and assured by Dr. Chang and her office that a diagnostic report would be provided - it was not. Alice is a great psychiatrist with attention to detail. I cannot give her five stars due to their high fees of $390.00 for a consultation lasting 30 to 40 minutes.
