Charged me $40 dollars for an online appointment that never happened. Supposed to have an online appointment. Never sent the link. Was 25 minutes late. The receptionist there was extremely rude and mean and hung up on me for asking when will the doctor send me the link. I was on my lunch break at work and my time at work was almost up. Receptionist was extremely unprofessional and lacks empathy. I struggle with severe depression and getting hung up on while in middle of a sentence made my anxiety go up high.
I ran out of medication and have left them 20 messages also talked to receptionist 6 times said take care of it never did . If you want a reliable doc not it
