I saw Dr. Ali at Centerstone, which is an outpatient rehab in Nashville, although I was not there about addiction. I was using the clinic due to lack of insurance for depression. Dr. Ali put me on Zoloft, which made me extremely sleepy and lethargic. It literally took me an hour to get out of bed in the morning, and I never felt completely awake.
