Dr McHaourab had an entire plan, before looking at any of my imaging (MRI,X-ray). His plan was to inject into my facets and do an ablation on nerves in my lower back. I disagreed and he refused to order me an MRI, saying in his notes, I don’t see a need for an MRI. I was medically discharged from the Army 24 years ago with L 3,4,5 herniated and S-1 bulging. My last MRI was 10-15 years ago. I explained all this to him.
