My cousin was admitted for sudden one sided weakness and confusion. She was then diagnosed with a brain tumor that was causing her seizures; low sodium was making it worse. The neurologist at beaumont hospital put her on a seizure medication, but dr. nasser was more concerned about a slightly elevated blood pressure than he was about her seizures and increased her water pill which drained more sodium out of her body. My mom is diabetic and went to his clinic fasting to get bloodwork done. The girl at the front desk was so rude and unprofessional when my mom told her that her hands are shaking from the wait. She started yelling at my mom and said there’s five people ahead of her. My mom left to get something to eat since She was shaking so much. When she returned, She made a complaint to dr. Nasser and he didn’t even acknowledge what happened or apologize. I will never let her go back there. Unprofessional
This doctor is not worth to go. He does not know what he is doing, I really don't know how he get his doctor degree. They have unprofessional staff that they don't know how to treat patients especially staff named Elizabeth is the worst, she treated you as trash. My advise don't go to this doctor. I guess that the doctor have enough money that he does not care anymore about his patient
