Very personable and answered all questions. Put me at ease about surgery. Only complaint is that I was in the outer waiting room for 45 minutes, then the exam room for over 45 minutes, and the actual visit only took 17 minutes. I am usually in and out with the other doctors in this office. It counts against me to be away from work. I hope the doctor can be more on time. I've had two visits and felt comfortable with him, but he was very, very late, and that is somewhat bothersome.

Dr. Mortazavi performed ACDF surgery on me in 2018. I can say without any doubt or second guessing that it was the right thing and that Dr. Mortazavi's medical skills are first class. Five minutes into my first visit with Dr. Mortazavi I knew that I had found "my" doctor. Everyone that I have come into contact with at his office all the way to surgery at WellStar Cobb has been high quality. I trust Dr. Mortazavi's judgement and skill and would recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Mortazavi cares very much about his patients well being. Excellent explanation of my condition and the expectations of the surgery to correct my back issues. After having the surgery, he remains attentive to patients needs. His PA, Curtis, is also knowledgeable and displays the same concerns for the patients well being. Overall great experience and glad I chose Dr. Mortazavi to perform my surgery!
Dr. Mortazavi shows compassion. Something other Dr.'s have lacked. Tried his best to explain the procedures to my understanding, and showed great concern with every "bump" in the road to recovery.

I am not to fond of front office staff but he is a GREAT surgeon and his clinical staff! Dr.Motazavi has really good bedside manners, professional and knowledable with his expertise. My husband is a patient of his and he operated on him. Had painful lumbar spine issues. After two epidural that did not work, surgery was the last resort and the result so far looking great! He is one of THE BEST in the field! I knew I did not make the wrong decision! Highly recommend this provider!
Excellent staff, excellent surgeon. I had back surgery, quite extensive, and have not had a moment of difficulty. I would recommend Dr. Ali Mortazavi highly.
