From check-in to check-out, this was a 5-star experience. Reem at the front desk was incredibly pleasant and professional — she greeted me with a smile and made everything easy. Dr Ali was thorough, patient, and took time to answer all my questions without ever making me feel rushed. The office was clean, organized, and I was seen right on time. Dr Jaber and his NP Rachid Hussein are some of the most impersonal, cold, mannerless and unprofessional people I have ever dealt with in healthcare settings. They clearly appear to be in the profession solely because they love money more than humans. I bet the positive reviews are mostly from their cosmetics/esthetics patients or clinical patients THAT THEY CHOOSE TO TREAT WITH DECENCY.
