The staff that answers the phone are very incompetent. They lie, give you false promises, and don’t understand their job. Way too long of a story to tell, but Dr switched to this office. She has been seeing this patient for a few years at her old office. The meds that Dr prescribed needed to be refilled and just needed approval. Understandingly, we made an appt to go see her at this new office. They then said there system was not right. We got a confirmation text to prove we were in the system.
