I went to Elements for some preliminary FFS surgeries. I originally went in with the intent of only getting a rhinoplasty, but they also recommended a buccal fat reduction, which I agreed to. Clearly they know what they're doing as Dr. Adibfar did a fantastic job with my nose, and I'm very happy with the choice to get buccal fat reduction as well!
