Very kind and professional, listened to my concerns and she did not rush me, so much better the Dr. Thuvanet whomI tried first.
I keep leaving voicemails. But, no one calls me back.
I have nothing negative to say about Dr. Maller. However her staff is incompetent. Partly my ex husband is to blame for refusing to communicate but I left THREE messages for someone to notify me of what is going on with my daughter's health, medication, appt. etc. No one responded until 24 hours before her appt. which I knew nothing of. I told them I could not make it on such short notice. Today I get a call that she will run out of medicine! Response to my first message would have solved this.
My child has been seeing Dr. Maller M.D.,PH.D. Since he was 8 days old. She is the most kind caring Doctor you could ever ask for. I would be lost without her knowledge and compassion. I absolutely love her. Great Doctor!!.
We have been seeing Dr. Maller M.D.PhD since my son was 8 days old. She has always treated us with respect and kindness. She is very knowledgeable with rare forms of Epilipsy, and other brain disorders. My son is not affectionate to non family members, but opens his arms for her hugs. He is not afraid of going to see her. I feel so blessed to have a doctor as great as Dr.Maller. She is absolutely the best in the world hands down. We can never thank her enough.
