The staff is very good; courteous and considerate. Dr. Capelli takes time with his patients and is thorough and tries to make sure he answers any questions and concerns.

Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem!

I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen.

Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid Did this family doctor answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly
