went in for free evaluation, came out paying for x rays and they found out I had insurance so prices went up. This is a corporation with 1,000 offices. Never did see the dentist once, was told he was in surgery when I came first time. Went back for a cleaning and was charged over my insurance coverage. Am stuck going there for next cleaning because of all of the x rays. Am not trusting any dentist in this area. I can not say one bad thing about my experience. Dr. Choi was very nice as was his whole staff. I had 4 temporary crowns put on in one sitting and they made me very comfortable and it was basically pain free. Right from the front desk all the way through the process was super. Small and friendly office which I prefer. I would highly recommend. Edit……… crowns done and I can’t say enough how happy I am. Dr. Choi is magnificent and so is his assistant Jesse. This dentist was very careful and explained everything to my hard of hearing and almost blind 95 yr old father. Took the care to consult with his cardiologist for a tooth extraction.
This doctor was absolutely horrible!! No bedside manner. Told a patient today that he didn't believe in miracles and said her work would cost out of this world. I understand people may not seek healthcare until it is too late but you should still have empathy and compassion. This is the reason why people don't seek healthcare. Bad bedside manners!!
