I am a caregiver and my client had an appointment at 10:00am.. we were signed in by 9:45am. By 10:30am, I asked how much longer til we get called back..the receptionist said the doctor won't be here till 11:00am! I said, " then why do we get an appointment at 10:00am?" She says, " I'm sorry, that's what we are told to do." NOBODY likes to sit and wait much less be given a time and the doctor doesn't plan on coming in for another hour..this is so unprofessional! The staff was friendly when I called and got me a schedule within the week. Dr. Dadivas is way cool when he tells funny stories but serious when it comes to making sure I get as healthy as possible. The clinic is clean and we'll maintained.
