I left Dr. Alfonso after five years due to an increasing number of troubling and, frankly, insulting encounters with his PAs. Dr. Alfonso can be an attentative and understanding physician, but he can also be abrupt, dismissive and rude. His PAs simply do not prepare, do not ask appropriate questions, do not listen thoughtfully, and definitely do not want to answer questions. In the end, I felt unseen. I fled to find the care I need.

Wonderful, caring doctor! I have been with him as my primary care physician for 25 years and never would want any other!!!

My results are being held hostage at the office. The last two times I was sent for tests call the office to inform them the test where complete and waited for a the assigned doctor to call me. I have been passed around from doctor to doctor. I have now called 6 times for my results to no avail. At one point a woman called me and asked who ordered the test. I’ve called the after hours number left messages and according to the office they never received any of my messages. This is has been a horrible experience and still no ca... read more
