Worst Secretary I've ever dealt with. Completely unprofessional, rude, and unethical. Makes it impossible to speak with the doctor and therefore filters all complaints about her so that the doctor is unaware of her poor behavior/lack of office management skills and lack of compassion towards the patients. Takes it upon herself to discuss personal patient information and medical decisions regarding patients best care practices. Definitely will be filing formal complaint with CPSO!!
