Had A Appointment To See Someone on the 21st, I've been having a hard time since my Wife passed away, made the Appointment 2 or 3 weeks ago I call today to find out what time my appointment is and I get a call back saying my Appointment was canceled because they didn't accept my insurance 2 days before my appointment so now I won't be able to see anyone before Christmas at such a hard time in my life, if you didn't accept my insurance you could of told me that weeks ago so I could of tried some other place.

Prescribers are great. Front end staff does not return calls. Staff rarely able to take calls duri g the day for scheduling.

The office staff are terrible, which is unacceptable for a mental health care provider. I have repeatedly found it difficult if not impossible to reach anyone. Today, for instance, I needed to touch base with the office regarding a prescription refill. I have called 10 times during normal business hours with no answer, so I am left hoping they'll check the answering machine when they won't even answer the phone in the first place.
