Great Doctor. He goes out of his way to try to help.
Kartachov does not let you have any input in your own treatment and medication regime. He always acts superior and you, by having a mental illness, are severly less intelligent. He only looks to sedate you. He does not treat mood or pyschotoc symptoms. Its a joke amoung his paitents how much he only looks to "dope you up". Hes so ridiculous i have gone to someone else to get my needs met. He should be investigated.
