The gentlemen by the name of “Jim” at the front desk was very rude after asking a simple question on if they were accepting new patients and hung up in my face. Take a coaching class on how to interact with customers before taking a job that involves you communicating on the phone, really hurts the doctors business.
Dr. Kazakis is down-to-earth and very professional. I've been seeing her for years and highly recommend her. She takes the time to answer any questions and never makes you feel rushed.
