This dental office is very nice. all is cleaning, ordered and since you arrive they are very pleasant with you. The professional staff is very caring and put attention to all details. I'm very comfortable with all. They explain all procedures, they suggest you the best and economical option . I'm recommending this dental office to all

The dentist and clinicians are professional and caring. The office manager Catherine is unprofessional, disrespectful, curt, dishonest and speaks in a condescending manner. In my experience the office associates lack basic insurance and billing knowledge however they are well educated when it comes to "your financial responsibility". When you have questions or need clarification regarding your financial responsibility they'll refer you to the billing person who never responds. I'd gone here for years and referred friends b/c service always so friendly and professional. I had multiple dental crowns, implants and other services done over the years by Drs. Gordon, Papir and Szpoganicz Unfortunately, I changed dental insurance & they weren't on new plan but I still chose to get the more complex work done by them b/c I trust them.
