Dental care (a crown) was ok but insensitive to senior citizens aging regarding empathy- “just all business”. Little warmth- shuffled in & out. It would be welcomed if they would/could slow down the cleaning process. For he’s impaired and a small mouth, it was unbelievably rough. Gave it two cleanings and then quit them. Big turnover in the office with assistants. One was great and two more recent, terrible. Possibility -office unhappiness. A bit procedure hungry for $$$ too. Always add on charges.
