FULL DISCLOSURE: My mom never saw Dr. Smirnoff; she was never offered the chance. Office called to make my mom an appointment. When numerous negative reviews of Dr. Smirnoff were inquired about, receptionist attitude became very cold and she said my mom's referral would be canceled. The receptionist then sarcastically wished her luck in finding anyone better and hung up. No attempt at a defense, no invitation to find out for herself; just complete dismissal, arrogance, and sarcasm. Not a very professional way to behave.
This practice is horrible. The staff is nasty towards patients. The are committing Medicare fraud and should not see anyone. So unprofessional !!!! Never see him...if you do, find a better doctor!!!
