The receptionist is TRASH , travel elsewhere as the doctor is not professional either.
Can't imagine judging a doctor unless I am a review board, BUT, I think Dr. Kloman was appealingly calm and inofrmative about the test he was about to give me. He answered a question or two, but I do not think the visit for a consult, but rather to do a test. I had a nice time under the circumstances and have absolutely no reason to doubt his training or abilities. I am medically quite sophisticated and knowledgable.
Right away I liked and felt relieved speaking with him on my first visit. I was not rushed. I liked his sense of humor and was looking forward to my next appointment. Thank you Dr. Kloman!
Dr Kloman is a good Neurologist, but the office staff is terrible. They make you pay cash only, which is shady to me. Where's the cash going? Also the office staff are very rude and discriminating on who they let in to see Dr. Kloman. I'm a disabled veteran and I should get a little respect as well as others who are trying to get better.
Dr. Kloman is excellent. He listened carefully and immediately identified the problem. His interpretation of the MRI was significantly better than the Neurologist we saw at MGH in Boston. My husband and I left the appointment feeling elated.
