I have been a patient of Dr. Rances for over 8 years and I can only say positive things about him and his staff. Very professional, good listeners, and top bedside manner. After seeing multiple doctors with no luck with a treatment plan I was referred to Dr Rances by my neurologist and he carefully listened to my situation, we ran the appropriate tests and imaging, and developed a plan of attack that keeps my pain levels in check. I would highly recommend him if you are having any back, neck, or other pain issues!
Dr. Rances came highly recommended by my GP. He has greatly reduced my hip pain, making it very manageable. He has a kind, calm, patient demeanor - his entire staff shares that bedside manner. He also gives full answers to my questions. He seems to want to really educate his patients on their issues and options.
There is no aspect of the IPMNY experience that leaves you wanting for more Pre appointment the team makes it super easy, as well as gives you a detailed over over view of what to expect. i 've seen doctor Rances for the last 8 years .He is very professional , giving me support in a careful way and explaining everything accurately. he was friendly , making me feel comfortable during the visit.Easy to make appointments also walk in . plus his staff and call center is the best ,very friendly ,smile all the time , The most important thing is that any detail that I need is always there to help or solve a problem, be it refiils, appointments, etc. Highly recommended
Dr Rances is a great provider and everyone in the office are super friendly. Everyone has taken care of me with care and his treatment plans has been very helpful. I'm now more painless.
