I'm giving Dr Alexander Norton Jr 2 stars because he did well by me when I was pregnant with my son. My son is now about to be 6, come this November. Something with Dr. Norton has changed since, and I don't like it. My cycle had become to be abnormal. Zero stars if I could. I used to believe doctors weren’t like cops, but I was wrong. I tried to be as open and honest about my prior health history, only to be ridiculed by Norton and staff. Personal questions were asked to me by the staff about my situation, and was looked and talked down to on, even the day I delivered, he asked me if I had any friends who would visit me very rudely. I had an appointment with Dr. Alexander on 8/14/25 and it was supposedly an emergency, but they didn't call me to cancel my appointment, I waited more than 2 hours and no one gave me any answer and they all have a very rude attitude as if the care they are giving us is free, the nurse who was in charge of giving me the results was talking too much with her colleagues, if they are not going to provide adequate care then why are they there.
