Exceptional patient care and accommodated an urgent dental appointment. Highly recommend for any dental treatments.
My son cracked his tooth on a Friday night, I was able to call Dr. Corondoni on his cell, he had me send pictures to him and he was able to tell me it wasn’t an emergency and to come in on Monday to get it fixed. They got him right in and he was in and out of there in less than 10 mins and he was as good as new. We’ve been going to him for 20 years and he’s always been amazing!
Called to make an appt and after asking some basic questions, the lady says “Ive reached my capacity at helping you at the moment” LOL felt like a chatGPT robotic reply. But I mean… points for honesty? It’s one thing to not know the answer, but to actually say it out loud cracked me up. At least theyre aware they’re not capable of helping patients. 🫶 If that’s the level of competence at the front desk, I can only imagine what the rest of the experience is like🙃
Brandy did a great job cleaning my teeth. When I asked if she can clean my teeth a certain way she didn’t complain. Love her! Doctor Corondoni is a great dentist! Thanks to all the staff so friendly and assisting us with our insurance etc. God Bless you all!
